It was my first time dealing with a car dealership and the team at Experience Hyundai set the bar pretty high. Kas is definitely your guy if you’re looking for top notch professional service. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He went above and beyond for me, and turned what I thought would be an intimidating experience into such an exciting one. He’s honestly amazing at what he does ! Looking forward to years of business with the team :)

This is our 3rd vehicle we’ve bought through Kas @ experience Hyundai and we are never disappointed! Him and the team truly go above and beyond for each customer, and are quick to fix any issues! If you’re in the market for a new vehicle - Kas is your guy!

Made a appointment back in April and was give today may 20 at 10:30 for a Mvi and brake inspection arrived at 10:15 and gave my key and she checked mileage and asked if I was staying or leaving I told her I will probably go for a coffee but I will be here my first and only message I got from service was a video to accept the work and authorization for the amount (I did ) this was at 1:04 pm so 2.5 hours after the appointment so that meant it took approximately 2 hrs to perform a mvi very slow but ok I looked into the bay where my car was and after 2.5 hrs one tire was off so after another hour I happen to look again and nothing was being done then I started to get upset at approx 2:35 I asked what the problem was if staff shortages was it and the service advisor said yes I then discovered that the worker that was supposed to be doing my car had left for a personal matter and never informed her yet nobody was taking over for him ,,I let her know that I was upset and to get someone to finish the job , she did then the service manager came looking for me and went to his office where he immediately stated that they were told my car was being picked up at 4:30 and it was my fault even though I was there for hours and kept telling me to calm down he was basically trying to intimidate me (definitely didn’t work) so after I told her to get working on my car it was miraculously finished within 15 min!!! And experience Hyundai has lost a customer

Service department has been very good. We have had to go here for 2 problems. For one issue, I appreciate the video sent and the option to text decline or authorize work to be done. For the other issue being covered by Hyundai Canada, only thing I would suggest is that the service person at the desk, I believe Jody, should be informed on what is going on with the vehicles. Maybe allowing her to look it up in the system to find out. I felt like a pest calling her but I did appreciate her honesty. I did get the info from the service manager in the end. Overall though, great service!

Got a great used Hyundai for a great price with 1st class treatment! Kas made buying a used car an exciting experience. They serviced my Accent so it was in tip top condition before I took it home and the detailing made it look and feel just like new! Will I deal with them again? Yep! Will I recommend them to my friends? Sure will! It's safe to say, I had a great experience at Experience Hyundai! If you're looking for a new to you vehicle, all I can say is, you better call Kas!
