Very bad experience. I was so supprised that they didn't let me enter the show room with my two kids In the bigening i thought it is a part of the new norm that only appointment but i realized that no need to reserve a time to enter car dealership show room, i just crossed the street and i was so welcomed by the staff of Mark audi I told my Kids that we are not welcomed in a car dealership in our hometown Ottawa
