Right from the beginning of my car buying experience this dealership made everything easy. I first bought a used car and traded it in, in order to upgrade to a new car. Kas was amazing to deal with while helping me choose my vehicle though my color choices I wanted were not available when I purchased. After having the vehicle for a few month I dealt with very bad condensation(ice)on the inside of my vehicle and I called for a quote on the price for liners and received a quote for matts which were half the price for liners so much to my surprise when I went to have them installed not only were they not in Stock but they were going to be 200 more then I was quoted. They did take 100 off the price but it was still more then I was looking to spend to save myself the condensation build up.... After having the car for 7 months.... I do have to say I love the car just not happy happy with the money I have had to put into it to save myself from having to scrap the ice from the inside of my windshield of my brand new vehicle. $266 on liners and $400 on a car starter when in my other vehicle I never had the issue and my parents just bought a new GMC and it does not have liners or a remote start and they don't have the issue though I was told from hyundai it just happens with cars sometimes because we're in the east coast and it's humid air here.

unfulfilled promises

I was told one thing which sounded so amazing ... Needless to say that never happened now after talking to countless other people I am in a car which was supposed to be the same payment but is 4 times the amount and cannot afford. If I could go back in time I wouldn't have went anywhere near Hyundai I would have went somewhere else where my business was actually appreciated.
