We dealt with 3 different individuals all very helpful and all courteous easy to test drive car and with their no haggle price you know already how much it will cost. On pick up one item was over looked but in short order it was taken care of and off we went. I have already told friends about our positive experience. Thank you

Unlike any car purchase I have ever made

I am impressed with the whole process. If the car cost more I would say not negotiating is unrealistic. What initially caught my attention was the car was priced lower here then anywhere else. I belived the price to be fair and the test drive process was so relaxing ... no sales person breathing down your neck pressuring you. You try cars till you find the one you want. There is no one set of keys being traded off for another ... you want three go see three... here's a plate. When you are done if you want to buy one great they take you into a room and tell you the final cost. If not, thanks for coming hope to see you again soon. No phone calls on your cell asking are you coming back in. Needless to say I bought the car first time out and picked it up a week later. All of the request I made for the car were done. They even washed and waxed the car for me. I recommend using this dealership and will recommend to everyone I know.

My experience with Haldimand Motors was great. As a female I found that i was treated the same as anyone else. I was also really impressed with how easy the process was to buy a car. I would definately recommend Haldimand Motors to everyone.

This was our second purchase from Haldimand Motors because we had spent seven happy years with our previous vehicle. First, we liked the freedom to peruse the lot without any pressure from salespeople. At the same time, staff answered any questions we had when we picked up and dropped off the keys from our five or six test-drives. For example, we weren't sure what PZEV meant on a Subaru we checked out. The salesperson, handing us the keys to the next vehicle, said, "I'm not completely sure, but I'll have the answer for you when you get back." He did. This response was honest, showed a desire to help, but respected our time. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I asked the young gentleman who filled up a gas tank for us to give me his opinion about two car makes. He didn't claim to have the answer, and he clearly stated the limit of his knowledge. He told me what he did know from his own experience. It may seem strange to point out instances where people tell you what they don't know, but that kind of honesty builds more trust than do claims of knowing all the answers. When we were ready to make our purchase, it was handled efficiently. Options were clearly explained (and patiently re-explained as necessary), calculations were shared, and they were prepared to handle any problems with the vehicle, which would be inspected before we took ownership. They were also willing to work with a slightly tighter timeline for having the vehicle ready, as I had to travel the following week. Finally, I LOVE that there is no haggling at Haldimand. Their pricing is transparent, and I feel confident in my purchase.

We had a wonderful experience with Haldimand Motors. We loved the "no pressure to buy" atmosphere which helped us take the time to test drive a few vehicles and make our decision without feeling pressured. We will definitely recommend Haldimand Motors to our family and friends!

Excellent experience! We came in to look at a vehicle we'd seen online but we're 15 minutes too late. It had already been sold, so we sought out another similar vehicle and it turned out to be in our best interest! Brian was professional and courteous. He explained everything clearly, right down to the tires! This is our second purchase from Haldimand. We will return!
