I like the fact that the service representative that I deal with is always willing to explain what the needs of my vehicle are in terms that I can understand.

Some items that had been suggested as needing service now were discussed and agreed that my usage was not extreme or subject to extreme weather conditions and could safely be done at a later date with higher mileage .The A/C problem was diagnosed and we are waiting for parts to finalize that service item .A good team of service people .

I took our 2013 Terrain in for an oil and filter change. The tech brought the cabin air filter out to show me how dirty is was. I said to go ahead and replace it. Big mistake! Cost me $70.00! When I got home I pulled the filter out to see if it was replaced. It was. Took me 2 minutes to pull it out and replace it. I checked online and found the filter costs about $20.00. Warning to everybody: Don't let the dealership replace your filter. Tell them not to replace it, go to the parts counter and buy a new one and replace it yourself. You just saved $50.00 by doing a 2 minute job yourself. Save even more by buying the filter at Walmart or Canadian Tire.

Maintenance was done on schedule, nice facilities for waiting for your vehicle, very friendly staff, the only problem that I have had is the dealership calling me about every 3 weeks to come in for maintenance, when I keep telling the gentleman that the work was done by a GM dealer in Tucson Arizona before I left for home each spring, I get an email diagnostics from GM each month, so I know when to bring my vehicle in for service
