Not sure of my service advisor's name, but he went above and beyond and should be commended internally. I brought my truck in for warranty work and I asked if you could get it rust checked for me as I was out of town for the week. He organized everything and made it painless. A real asset to you business. Also called me by name as I walked in, an extra special touch- well done.

They took my vehicle at the time of my appointment, explained what would be done, completed within timelines, staff at service desk were great.

We received a phone call and an email regarding making an appointment for ourvehicle, which we had already done, and then we had to call to verify the correct date as the email and date we received were different. No feed back regarding our previous appointment, and were not told that the computer had to be replaced, until John had to call to inquire. Told the email regarding the order of the computer had not been addressed because it had been overlooked, and was not ordered yet. Seems to be a lack of communication amongst some departments.

This was my second visit. The purpose of my visit was to switch my tires to winter tires. They informed me of the service time of one hour and they said they had a courtesy van that could drive me to the mall if required. I was very apprehensive at first but figured it would be better than staying in the dealers service area. I live about 1.5 hours away and it is challenging for me to drive to Sudbury each time for an oil change but it gives me a complete peace of mind knowing that everything else would be checked to ensure my vehicle is in safe working order.
