I was at Murray Hyundai for my complimentary first visit where they do a checkup. I arrived a few minutes early, they started the assessment right on time and finished within the expected time frame.

Wonderful experience. Took care of everything with the sale and stood good with their word of fixing anything that was present at time of sale. Car was in immaculate condition when I picked it up and at no time did I feel it was a pressure situation. Would definitely go back again and deal with Matt.

Jessica is awesome. She is great to work with and really tries to understand my concerns. I went in for a routine oil change and a check up on a hesitation I have been experiencing since not long after picking up my vehicle new and my vehicle was returned with a huge crack in the windshield (the oil change was completed and road test done though they still can't reproduce the hesitation I experience) . It looks like something punctured the window behind the rear view mirror while it was at the shop. I am waiting for a call back on the next steps to have it fixed.
