My experience was one in a million I felt like a VIP customer Dave and Erin went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and the customer service.. but Dave sealed the deal!!

Bad Bad Service

We Bought a 2011 Silverado, about 1/12 yrs ago thought we got all the bells and whistles with warranties and all cost us close to 25.000 when all said and done,, now we have already no 4 wheel drive not covered or PAID for now it won't start what a pile of CRAP this is I need to hear from the service dept,, this is crazy and when you call run around after run around this is BULL

I had not planned on buying a car right....only thinking about it,stopped by Race Auto with a friend while she picked up her car she had just bought and was saying how friendly everyone was there and to my surprise a lil Fiat I had been thinking about was sitting there so while we waited for a lil paper work for hers we had taken it for a spin and what do you know "Zippy Zappidy Boo" here I am driving away in my lil Sport Car.....right color, right size, right year, right payment, right service, just right easy !! Thanks you guys for all your help and I am loving it and loving how helpful and friendly you all are !!! Will be back when my husband is ready !!! Will definetly recommend you!!

Dave has restored my faith in the car buying process. Professional, friendly and hard working. After a long 8 months of life stresses Dave succinctly dissolved a mountain of stress off my shoulders in minutes. I have the car of my dreams and he was almost as excited to see me in it as I was to be in it. He worked har to get me approved beating normal timelines and I could not be more grateful. Thank you is not enough but will have to do.

It was a great pleasure dealing with race auto group,they were very helpful when I first walked through the door,they were not pushy like some other places I delt with and they helped me find the right vehile for my style and buget,I will go back again and I highly recommend it to my friends and family.
