Until this point I have been very satisfied with the purchase of my brand new Chevy Equinox 3 years ago. Initially when I got the car I was having issues with the display screen (radio, Bluetooth, back up camera) and they brought it in ordered the part but then didn't end up fixing it because it was working again. Since then I have had the same problem but every time I want to take it in it begins to work again. So recently it's becoming more frequent so I called to make a service appointment and was told "even though I have one of the best extended warranties. I will have to pay a $90/hr diagnostic fee to see if the components are even covered" My vehicle is only 3 years old and I have had continuous problems with things on the car and I have always brought it to the dealership to have things fixed and my regular car maintenance. I will now no longer bring my car into Chevy Nurse for anything! This is a disappointment since all of my vehicles have been GM since I got my license. I however will not be purchasing another GM vehicle after this Equinox has run its course.

just purchased my third Equinox 2018 it is a great vehicle took it in on Friday to put my snow tires on after over an hours wait the service rep told me that the previous model rims do not fit the 2018 but the tires do so the service rep gave me a quote of $1;107.40 for fitting 4 new rims.So if you have an older Equinox then purchase a 2018 your snow tires won't fit.

Very good experience, had wished we were able to get the model we wanted and hadn't felt so pressured to buy a more expensive model. Ultra welcoming and informative staff.

Was not informed that my new car was a showroom car. It came with numerous flaws and so far the dealer has denied it. Very poor customer service with this dealership. Salesman has not returned our calls regarding this matter. We are still waiting for an answer.
