I just bought ANOTHER new Civic from Henley Honda. This is our third purchase of new Hondas from this dealer. Sales Consultant Brian was great, and Business Manager Martha was also fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer.

Bought a 2017 Ridgeline Sport and dealt with Erin. Reviews are worthless if not truthful, a couple of minor issues with my purchase, first the delivery date was in my opinion a lot later than what I was promised, second , one of the upgrades I ordered was not ordered. That's the negative, now for the positive, Erin knows his stuff and is I enjoyed interacting with him, I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a Honda product and I'd say the same for Sean, very friendly courteous staff as a whole. As for the Ridgeline Sport, loving it tremendously, rides like a dream and it's everything I've hoped for. I give Henley a huge thumbs up.

We picked up our new Honda this afternoon, available and ready for us just one week after we ordered it. It's beautiful to look at and awesome to drive. We are very satisfied with the friendly sales people and their fine advice. Omar is a pleasure to talk with. He is very patient with all our questions and indecisions, for we couldn't decide for a long time which car to buy. We were also contemplating a Mazda, since we have enjoyed that make as well. But we had a Honda Civic Si a few years back, and it lasted about 13 years, so we decided to go with Honda again. The deciding factors in our choice were the safety features available in the Accord Ex-L. Nadine in finance arranged sale and payment details efficiently and easily. Our insurance agent just happened to call as we were signing the papers, so we were able to arrange insurance right then and there. We were safe as we drove off the lot. Omar clearly and patiently explained many features of the automobile, and invited us back anytime for another information session. Go to Honda. Ask for Omar. Thanks to you all.

We did our online research, and then looked at several comparable SUVs over Easter as our Volvo had just been T-boned by a careless driver, and had narrowed down our preferences to 3 contenders. It just happened that Henley Honda was across the road from one dealer, so went in there to see Honda CR-Vs, not knowing anything about Henley Honda, and not intending to buy in St Catharines. From even before we walked in the vibe was welcoming. We were immediately introduced to sales consultant Brandon Houtby, who expertly showed us all the features of the Touring model on display. But, quickly sensing where we were coming from steered us away from our original thoughts about the LX 2WD to the CR-V EX and took us out on an amazing test drive. After that he showed us the service area, and explained how servicing etc is handled at Henley Honda. Although our Volvo was not yet written off, Brandon introduced us to Martha Davison, who explained all the financing options etc., such that we signed up for that EX, conditional on if our Volvo would be written off. Although it took 10 days before we got the all clear from the insurance company, the car was held for us, and ready for delivery within the tight time frame that the insurance company condescended to permit us. Thus far, we are pleased with the vehicle, and pleased we happened on Henley Honda.
