Friendly, informative, co-operation in getting the vehicle I wanted

I went in with an idea of the vehicle I wanted. We had a test drive in a vehicle of a different color and immediately they found the vehicle In the color I wanted and the features I wanted. When we received delivery of the vehicle we were given complete instructions of the features on the vehicle. This was given in a friendly manner and we were completely comfortable in our dealing with this salesman.

We had an extremely wonderful experience with Suzie Howard at Larry Hudson Chevrolet. We traded in our vehicle and bought a conversion van literally over the internet and telephone. When we finally met in person, the closing of the transaction was smooth and friendly.
