When we visited Lindsay Buick we had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle. The whole process of buying a new car is both challenging and stressful. When we met Halina she was both friendly and professional. She answered all of our questions and researched the perfect vehicle for us. Within days we had our new car.

The preparation for delivery of the 2016 Yukon was unsatisfactory. ie. Windshield washer fluid was only 1/4 full. Tires were under inflated (30 - 32 lbs.). Bird droppings were dried on roof - also noticed day before pick-up. Expected to inspect and take delivery of the vehicle in the middle of a snow storm on the parking lot. We were left in the dark for several days as to the availability of the vehicle from another dealership. The Sales Manager during negotiations was arrogant and abrupt and did not portray a suitable public image. We had to bring to the attention of the Business Manager that no information had been obtained relative to loan payment account and availability of life insurance on loan relative to my age. Requiring another trip to the dealership.

Trading in for newer truck

We came in to discuss trading in our 2014 GMC Sierra because of a call from a lovely young lady telling us that there was possibly a deal for us to get a new vehicle. We were pleasantly greeted, we talked with Dan Moore and we are now driving a 2017 GMC Sierra. :) Thank you Dan!

The process was easy - they even let me complete part of the financial process over the phone which was very convenient for me. I received responsive service from Dan. Dan did the initial set up but since then I got a new cell phone. I had to use Onstar to set up the new phone and they were very helpful. I have been recommending Lindsay Buick to everyone I talk to about the purchase.

We have always found that Dan will look for the best car within out budget. The sale is always exciting as a big purchase should be. We don't have to anything with finance or paper work to is always a smooth transaction. Dan is honest with us. We have purchased 4 cars from Dan and hope to work with him for many more years.
