Honda waverly worst dealership in the canada, they know only sell the vehicle and later on they don’t care about customers, i bought two new Card, Honda pilot and Honda CRV 2024 and Pilot 2023 and Blind mirror sensor are not working, and i did complaint Regarding sensor, its going more than 40 days, but they have no answer only one dialogue they tell all the time Back order, Back order. Why they open the company if parts could not be arranged , if 2023 model Parts are not available then think about 2025 buyers. Never buy Honda cars , worst performance and no parts available. And those who sell the vehicles they will not help you after selling.

Andy the Senior Sales Consultant was fantastic,he really knows his stuff! Alana the Financial Service Manager was fantastic aswel excellent people person. I noticed when I got home I had a nail in the tire,they fixed it the very next morning. I am extremely pleased with Winnipeg HondaπŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ†

I bought honda CRV TOURING HYBRID before 5 days ...car was good enough but they need little bit more improvement in features . But service was not good .honestly i dont like bcoz when i was went to show room to pick up my car they said they lost one key and all season met they dont have in stock they took money first and after that said like this now they said me they order second key and met but don't know when they deliver.

Shopping for my first new car, a 2023 Honda Civic, at Winnipeg Honda was a breeze! Alana and Josh made it a great experience. From the moment I scheduled a test drive with Josh, I knew I was in good hands. Josh took his time to explain everything clearly to me and always had an answer to any questions that I had. He went above and beyond staying a bit late to make sure I got that test drive done. Alana was also amazing with getting all the financial details in order. Her and Josh were always quick to respond when I emailed or texted. There was never any feeling of anything being pushed on me. They explained the advantages and disadvantages of certain things but always made me feel that it was my choice. I was warned that I was in for a long wait when I ordered my car, with 6 months to a year being the rough timeframe, but my car managed to arrive in just 3 months! Arranging everything for the pick up of my new car and trading in my old vehicle was easy. I will definitely be coming back to Winnipeg Honda for any future vehicles!
