I've owned 2 Kia Cars and driven Kia as rentals, too, and they continue to improve with each new model. Service department is top notch. Better prices and have even told me when repairs were unnecessary. They have arranged rental cars, detailing, etc, as requested without an issue. Thanks!

I do not recommend you to buy a KIA car, I am so disappointed with my KIA car. My car makes a weird squeaking sound very often, so I went to Wheaton Kia dealership to fix it but at the end of the day they claimed to not be able to fix the problem. This is very disappointing considering I bought a brand new Kia off of the Kia lot. I bought a 2012 KIA OPTIMA in January 2013 and paid $39,000. I am paying $214 biweekly. I still have warranty on this vehicle so I would like them to find the problem and fix it. My issue is being pushed aside. I had a conversation with a mechanic and he was very rude. There is a sound there and I would like if they would look deeper into it. With the service I received, I will not be going back to Kia and wont recommend them to anyone else. I put video on youtube If you listen to my video recording the noise comes up at 18, 33, 1:08, 1:39, 2:14. If anyone has any insight into what may be causing the sound I would appreciate your input.

I visited to there for oil change and we have a serious problem which turn off engine twice. First, we had a own synthetic oil but they told me. our syntetic oil was not match to our car.That was not make sense. It is common oil for every vehicles. So we couldn't use it and we had to use their own one. our big issue was engine part. My car has used for 2 years and it was happen twice. i'm so scared to drive. i complained them because they're updated system last time for same problem. They just told me to updated system again and it will be okay. I am seriously not okay.They didn't give me any perfect solution. how can i do????

Purchased a 2014 vehicle in April and paid for command start which was to be installed before pickup, 5 months later and I'm still waiting and receive no updates.
