The staff really care about you and will bend over backwards to help and accommodate your needs. After my car accident I went there several times to discuss options and get printouts of the prices. I never had an appointment booked with them and yet they still sat down with me. They don't treat you like a number to a file. Even after you buy your car they still treat you great. I won't go anywhere else they got me as a customer for life. Before I bought my car from them I also took my other car there for service and they are excellent staff in the service department. You guys ROCK !!! If I know anyone that is looking to buy a car I will highly recommend they go to nurse. ���� Keep up the good work.

I purchased a brand new Cruise almost two years ago. At first, I thought the service and experience was great. Howevery, a week later I learned different. I discovered an issue with the car. It has a USB port that allows you to charge and play your ipod. I went on my honey moon to Niagara Falls and my entire display screen froze and none of the entertainment system worked.I had to take the car in. They told me the USB is faulty. I was told " we know it's an issue, but we don't have a solution". Great. I was told all about the features of car, paid for those features, only to find out it doesn't work! Sounds like false advertising to me. And I know this isn't a one in a million. Two other people I know purchased the same car, and had the same issue. Unfortunately the dealership offered nothing to compensate. So at this point I have to wait years for recall to finally come out. In the meantime, I am stuck wit a car with fault parts while I continue paying for those parts. I will never by another GM and will never go that dealership for any maintenance/servicing.

Dropped off my car to get repaired after an accident. Took 9 days to do the repairs,which was fine, but when it was returned to me there were broken parts falling off the outside, the bumper was loose due to bolts that weren't fastened properly with loose brackets. I have left a message with the manager and it has been over 2 days without a response.
