So far the best dealership I have purchased from. Very kind and helpful staff with a clean and inviting environment. They have an adorable chocolate lab puppy walking around which is a bonus! -2018 Hyundia Accent

Very poor customer service. After having an initial quote to get a muffler replaced, I find out upon returning they under quoted me nearly one thousand dollars and would not be honouring their quote. Despite this, I put my trust in the service manager Damien who apologized and ensured me this was a very rare mistake. Damien then suggested for a better price they order a more complete exhaust system for me which he carefully explained would replace the muffler and all the exhaust to the front axle of the car (Damian even drew out exactly what I was ordering). Fast forward to me picking up the car and after I inspect the work done, I realize all that was replaced was the rear muffler. Upon questioning this, Damien informed me they messed up again! Turns out what Damien actually sold me was only the rear muffler, and not the complete exhaust system as he informed me. Damien was unwilling to correct this mistake besides requesting I leave the car there for another full day to have it removed and be left right back where I started with a broken muffler. There was no apology, even despite Damien owning up to selling me a complete exhaust system and only installing a rear muffler! Nowhere else can someone get away with selling you a product, but only installing half of it except at Murray Hyundai!

Hello Mr. Hatherly. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your review and going into as much detail as you did. We take all feedback very seriously. My name is Wade and I'm the Marketing Manager here at Murray Hyundai Winnipeg and I understand how frustrated you must feel. I would no doubt feel the same way if I were you. I took the liberty of doing some investigating to get as much detail as possible from the staff involved during your visit with us. Given the information available, the decision was made to order you a mid-back system. Unfortunately, it turns out that your vehicle was only able to accommodate a rear-axle back system. Damien, our Service Manager did express his apologies and accepted responsibility to you. We also negotiated the cost of the system from $1200 to $600 for you and no labor cost. Unfortunately we were unable to discount the cost for you any more that we did. We also offered to remove the system at our cost and refund your money, and were willing to get you in as a priority the next day to do so. We feel terrible that this happened, and we try our very best not to have situations like this arise, but I'm sure that you can agree that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, these things can happen. You are a valued customer and given the options we've presented to you, we would very much like to work with you to resolve this matter.
