Very Respectful, Provided a very good, complete description, focused on the facts and we trusted you 100% from the moment we first met you. We both love our new "Buggy", BUT I, Mary, must confess OnStar was soo good when I got lost going from Chepstow to Walkerton in the dark one night. This was my hometown, celebrating my mom's 90th. b-day with cake etc., was following my young sister. She took a short cut that I was not familiar with and lo and behold, cars got in between us and I made a very wrong turn so often, that I had to use On=Star 3 times. All the operators were so reassuring that they would get me safely to Walkerton....I was over 20 miles out of the way:):):)...When I realized this, I just relaxed and pushed the Blue button:):):). Wow, you telling us that we would enjoy On-Star was an understatement. I will never be without it or may end up in Timbucktoo:):):) I am mentally challenged when it comes to finding my way, in the dark on unfamiliar roads.:):):). Again, I wish to say a BIG THANK YOU to ANDREW....he is the best salesperson we have ever dealt with and have highly recommended him already and will do so again. He knows his "stuff". Will did a good job of finding the truck that suited my needs with the options that I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership to look at the trucks that they had, he already had it narrowed down to a few top choices which made it quick and easy to pick the one I liked best.

Was able to test drive vehicle, discuss options, completer paperwork and have car picked up in a couple of days. Jeff is very experienced and is able to guide you through all the different aspects of purchasing or leasing a vehicle.

The sales department sent someone to pick me up from my home out of town to take delivery of my car. The service department picks our cars up from my wife's work place and delivers it back to her, this is a service we especially enjoy.

We visited the Dealership one evening just before closing, to look at the Buicks. We found one we liked and Andrew offered to let us take it out for a test drive... liked it. Looked at other dealers but didn't get the same friendly service so we came back and are happy we did.
