I worked with Chris Gervais to be on the lookout for a Carnival, since that vehicle has been hard to come by in Saskatchewan. Chris was also upfront about my trade and what would and wouldn't increase its value. Once a vehicle was allocated, I worked with him on several details, and both Kris Willard and Susan Rosa with finance to iron out other items. As much as I dislike car sales, it was one of the least stressful experiences I've had, including recent attempts to work with other Kia dealers on getting the same vehicle. When coming into Regina to finalize the purchase and pick up my new vehicle, it was located in the showroom with a bow on it. I'm not sure if that is a usual touch, but it was appreciated and made the experience much more special.

Chris was amazing, went through all the features even on my test drive and again when I purchased the vehicle. He was able to answer any questions and made test driving and purchasing a smooth process. I highly recommend Chris for anyone looking to purchase new.

In August 2024 we bought a new KIA from Gregg in Regina. He spent time with us on introduction drive and twice gave good explanations on the operations of controls. All staff were upbeat and helpful.
