Recently brought my car in for rust repair work and can't say enough good things about the service I received. From the moment of booking my appointment, I received nothing but professional, friendly and knowledgeable service. The shop team went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed to perfection and I left a happy customer. My car looks amazing. I highly recommend Bytek Volkswagen for all your vehicle needs. My experience was nothing but pleasant. They have gained a customer for life.

We worked with Pierre and had a fantastic experience. He assisted with a trade in and a new lease and was a wealth of knowledge, but most importantly, he operates with integrity and honesty. He is no non-sense and made the process truly seamless. The rest of the team is also friendly and efficient. We made the drive from the other end of the city to this dealership and would do it again. to whom it may concern, probably the worst dealership to deal with. brought our company vehicle for a recall into Bytek VW. our appointment was at 845 AM and we left the car at there service department. the recall was 1 hour long to fix. around 1pm we called for an update as no-one had called to let us know the car is ready. Once we got a hold of them they told us the car didn't even get looked at. the policy they have for appointments is the time that is scheduled is when they take the keys not when the car can go into the shop. this was not explained at all to us in any way. when i booked the appointment I was also told i could wait if i wanted and i was later told that if i waited i would have been 1st in the que. none of this was relayed to us in any way. we asked to speak to GM or any manager, and there was none on site or available. the owner of our business was not happy and asked to go pick up the car. safe to say they will never see us again. also please don't respond to this review asking us to call to speak to someone with no resolution. thanks take care -

Nice people. A VW is an expensive and Wonderful convenience.. Been driving this car for 10 months and I love it! Update, June 10th 2024: As I say, very nice people here, However they are a business, they are not your friends. BE AWARE! They are there to MAKE money, and will bend their word, to maximize their profit. (in short they are NOT there for you) One more bad review, among Many 5 star reviews, amounts to nothing really, and they don't care; Not enough to honour their spoken promises anyway. I just purchased my second new car from Bytek, quite recently. They are Not entirely trustworthy. BE AWARE, just sayin'. UPDATE: June 12, 2024 Well look, I got an "automated" response from Bytek. This is purely performative for you the reader. They have no intention of making good on their own response. They have had many months to correct this situation, and no movement whatsoever. Like SO MANY clients before me and many clients yet to come, they will not call or email. They don't care. I JUST BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM, LAST WEEK! WHY NOT JUST CALL? As I say this Automated response is for optics only. BE AWARE!! They will not there for you, they are there for themselves. VW, a great product, just BE AWARE, these people at this Dealership, are Not your friends, however friendly they may appear. Just sayin' I just reread their response "Your name does not appear in our customer data base." As I say, this is the 2nd car I have bought from them. That tells you everything; they forgot me already. Update: June 14 2024 I am just settling into this new VW Trendline. I really LOVE this car!!

I recently purchased a brand new 2024 Taos from Bytek Volkswagen and my experience from start to finish was nothing short of impecable. Dilhan, the salesman that I dealt with made things go easy and smoothly. Very knowledgeable and friendly personality made me feel very welcomed. He was very thorough and transparent when it came to any questions and punching out numbers. From first walking in, to the final sale and driving off the lot, I can say the whole process and associates in all departments and just the dealership itself really deserves recognition and I would 10/10 recommend to a friend.
