The staff at Race Auto without a doubt fast, friendly and professional! they were able to get me in a ride quick.. which i love by the way! thanks guys.. and thanks Scott, truth be told you knew what i was looking for before i did! Definately recommend Race Auto to anyone!

I initially was very impressed with the service here, they reached out letting me know about a trade in promotion and were super helpful in explaining the process as I'm out of province (NB). Once I saw the reviews, I was sure that dealing with this company wouldn't be a problem. Flash to July 20th, they bring me my new car (which has worked great) and take my old one. I was told I'd make 0 payments until Aug 20th and that my previous loan account would be handled promptly. These were both lies despite the fact I have it written in my contract. Now at the time of writing this I now have TWO open loan accounts, one for my old car that they have sitting in their lot, and one for my new car. I've had to get them to reimburse me for 2 car payments for my old car, while dealing with the loaners and having payments deferred despite the salesman Jeff Higgins pressuring me to turn off the payments with my online banking (something that the loan company advised heavily advised against). And ontop of all of this, I had my first payment for my new car come out a week early and on a Tuesday when I told them exclusively I needed this payment to come out every Friday. I've asked Jeff several times when they'll deal with my previous loan and he's been super dodgy, not giving me any surefire answers for me to go off of. Now that I've reached out and let someone know of this situation, I can't get ahold of anybody there. I see a lot of positive reviews so I'm going against the grain, but if you're out of province and looking to trade, DO NOT GO HERE. They will make the whole process mind numbingly stressful and not give you straight answers. The only reason why it's 2 stars and not 1 is because the car is in good condition-- aside from some pretty hefty scratches they failed to tell me about or include in pictures, and it does work well. But overall the financial and logistical aspects of this experience have been nothing short of a dumpster fire.
