My recent vehicle purchase was the best experience I've had at any dealership. Shawn was great to deal with. My spouse and I test drove several vehicles, and we felt like we got honest answers in a no pressure atmosphere. We're happy with our purchase and will be back in the future. Thanks again!

Very disappointed - Need to work more for the customer

We had our '15 van in to have our driver window fixed as mechanism broke. The window was indeed fixed but I realized when I picked up the car that the battery was dead. Garage did not take responsibility and offered to sell a new battery. What? If not their fault for killing the battery, how did the mechanic raise and lower the window to finally have it fixed? Had the van boosted against their recommendation and went for a long ride. Battery now fully charged and works fine. I find they were quick to try to make another sale. Staff seems not to have a sens of simple logic. This is my second bad experience with Laurentian Chrysler. Very disappointed. Don't think I will be returning.

The detail wasn’t as detailed for the price. The exterior was fine, the interior was not cleaned as expected. If the price was say 59.00 that would be okay but for 189.00 it’s way overpriced!

very expensive day for what started out as an oil change, and one task was not completed...

I took my truck in for an oil change, and then was hit with all this talk about getting certain "packages" done as part of keeping my vehicle serviced properly.... I understand keeping you vehicle serviced but at the end of the day my appointment for an oil change costs me over $1000.00.... that hurts financially especially when I am on a pension....AND then to top things off...the one request I asked to get done on top of my oil change was checking my tire pressure in the four tires as the low sensor light came on and to reset the sensor light was NOT DONE....

Friendly and quick service! No hassles. I was honestly impressed with the communication from staff. Service manager was also very helpful with my transportation needs and got a staff member to drive me home instead of making me wait for shuttle driver, very appreciative!
