Very Professional and good listening skills. This Dealer sets the bar. Great service from past experience. Good follow up on the details. The buying process is getting far more paper involved and this needs to be addressed. However, they are very well organized and walk you through it. The hot coffee is a class act. Larry P.

What can I say but Praise for the sales people there and the Parts and Service Dept.as well. They made me feel important and my needs were their first priority. Friendly service and a very clean environment. Most pleased.

WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND LORY TO ALL OUR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING, SHE RECOGNIZED OUR NEEDS AND SHOWED US THE WAY TO GET TO OUR GOAL. As I said above my husband is a GM retiree with 43 years service - we have always had a GM car as our main vehicle and this time purchased a Buick Encore and are completely satisfied with it so far - the sales person was extremely informative and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and excited about our purchase - I don't mind telling you this car cost more than three times as much as our first house - a big investment - We have had the car for one week and have already put 500K on it - we are thoroughly enjoying it, especially the safety features, i.e. backup camera and blind spot monitor etc. - I'm sure the remote start and heated seats will be a hit in the cold winter months - wish you had ore sales people like Halina Dart.

I buy new trucks when needed daughter bought a new suv but you don't seem to know how to fix the noise it is making . So I will be looking at a new FORD if it is not fixed right.
