I have purchased every new vehicle from Nurse Chevrolet-Cadillac. I like the people. The service is excellent and I am treated royally. Peter Rorabeck is the best!

I have bought 3 cars from Nurse and evertime it has been a great experience! May latest purchase is a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox Premier that Alicia Buschert helped me with. I absolutely love it! From sales, service to just an overall experience Nurse and their staff especially Alicia and Shawn went over and above to make this purchase a great one!!! Thank you!!!! I truly am a Nurse buyer for life!! Keep up the great work!!!!!

Three years ago GM had a major recall on power steering failures on a number of their vehicles. ( aside - Amazingly, the manager , Dave Duggan was unaware of this widely publicized issue !) Even though i did not have the issue with my Cobalt, i received a safety recall notice from GM. I dutifully brought the vehicle in and had it serviced. Now i have lost the power steering on my vehicle, after having it serviced by GM on a SAFETY recall. The service department says that the cost of diagnosis and repair is completely on me. They only warranty a SAFETY RECALL for one year ! The public needs to be aware that even if your car is serviced by GM on a SAFETY recall, your vehicle may or may not actually be repaired, only time will tell. And after one year, a safety recall no longer applies ????? Unbelievable treatment. A lot of positive reviews for Nurse when you buy a vehicle. But if you need them to honour a SAFETY RECALL, forget it, your on your own. I did attempt to speak with Mary Nurse in person, but was rebuffed. She also chose not to respond to my email. I felt obligated to post my experience publicly. Nothing has changed at GM.....

Everyone is very friendly here, they know their stuff about the vehicles they sell, also they have an oil changing station that is very quick, and has very helpful service, you just pull up and park in front of the door and talk to one of the many workers there they will help you sign in.
