Dan was a very knowledgeable and helpful salesperson. Any question I had during the process was promptly answered. I highly recommend anybody looking for a new vehicle to see the wonderful staff at Laurentian.

Although there was an undue delay at my last appointment, my car was supposed to be serviced at 9am and ready for pick-up by the end of the day (routine oil change) but it was still on the hoist when I arrived at 4pm to pick it up, I was reassured that my car would be serviced and ready as quickly as possible so as to not inconvenience me further.

I went there concerning my sunroof because it had a Rattle and it was fixed and also I have yellow spots all over my vehicle and they are looking into it to see what can be done to fix this because I bought the extended warranty package on the paint. They have been very kind and nice to me and I'm very pleased that I purchased my vehicle from them! I'm looking forward to hearing back from them as to what they are going to do concerning the yellow spots on my vehicle.

This was my 3rd dealership, should have been my 1st. Mike my sales guy was always positive even though I wasn't very enthusiastic due to the other dealerships. Derek looked into pricing for me on installing Bluetooth into my vehicle and also winter tires, tires were too expensive so I didn't get those. Bill was patient and understanding and explained everything to me in a way I understood. It was a positive experience and I will be going back.
