It did not take long to make our decision. We came in looking for an economical AWD. Jay helped us look through their lot for the right used 'Mits" for us, even the right price! He made us feel like a million bucks. He answered every single question we pestered him with. We dont want to forget George in finance and honorable mention to Mo, the manager. Good guys!! Our impression of dealerships have definitely changed. The day we picked up our car, it was ready and sparkling!! We would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated like they REALLY matter. Thank you for being sincere ye all(:

Overall Excellence Sam was upfront and provided all the information requested about the car. He provided a great service and we appreciated his honesty. Also after the purchase he thoroughly went through and explained all the features of the vehicle. Would easily recommend him.

I'm loving the Jeep, Thank you Bassem! My experience at Bank Street Mitsubishi was an excellent experience. My salesman (Bassem) went over & above to help me purchase a vehicle. I had seen an ad for a Jeep Patriot on autotrader about a week into my search for my first car, It was about another week and 10 car dealerships later before I had decided to go check it out... I'm very glad I did! Bassem was a great help from the start, when I first got there we went out on test drive (Which I was novice about being so inexperienced driving) I made so many noob mistakes I'm sure I would of failed my G2 but Bassem beared with me lol. After making it back to the dealership I was pretty sold on the Jeep already from the test drive and Bassem's geniality but there was another Jeep, same model, year and price just a block away at another dealership, so I wanted to go see it... What a piece of garbage the Jeep was in comparison to the Jeep Bassam was selling, I knew then I had to get back to Mitsubishi. I went back (not letting Bassem know the garbage I had just seen) and talked price for the Jeep, he knocked the price down a generous amount. I've had my Jeep for 3 days now and already put on about 500km, I'm really loving it! Once again, thank you Bassem, I might not of got this Jeep without you... I wish you much future success Bassam, I'm sure you'll make a wonderful veterinarian someday soon!

When I first entered in the showroom, Sam was the first one to greed me, with a smile. I told him I was looking for a small car (probably the new Mirage). Sam took the time to explain me all the details about that car: security, different features, etc. After, we went for a real test drive. That convinced me. Sam also had all the answers to my questions, and I had a lot. He always treated me with respect, which was very important to me. Then, I met Mo, from the financing department. He was very nice as well and explained everything to me, in details. Sam and Mo made sure that everything I asked for would be ready, when I would pick my new car up. A few days later, my boyfriend and I went to pick my car up. Once again, the financing part went very smooth with Mo. After, Sam took the time to show me everything about the car, and answered more questions. There was no rush, it was very nice. My boyfriend really enjoyed the experience as well and it made him realize that it would be a nice place to buy his next car. ( dealing with Sam of course) Sam made himself available for any more questions in the future. After the purchase of my car, I had to ask Sam to help me with a couple things. He was always quick to reply and made sure everything was taken care of. He really made me feel that he will be there to help me out. I know that it's their work to sale cars and make money. But, I felt important and welcomed. Knowing that I can rely on Sam for any matter in regards to my car, it's a priority for me. Buying a new car is a stressful event, but with Sam from Bank St Mitsubishi, it's much easier. Thank you!!!!

I bought a used vehicle off the sales consultant Gorges. I can't really give him any credit as he didn't try or attempt to sell me the vehicle. If it wasn't for me talking during the test drive, it would have been dead silence. He never once showed me around the car, pointed out options, hyped the sale, nothing. In fact any questions I did have, he had to walk away to get the answer. Then once we got back from the test drive, he sat me with his Manager who did all the work. Why they are paying him as a consultant, i don't know. Now the car had some issues, it had a squeak/clicking sound and a check engine light. Part of the deal was the noises got fixed and the CEL removed. When I got the car I realized the noises were still there. 2 days later the check engine light came back on. The dealership had the car in multiple times to fix the light and the noises, non of which they could do. I took it upon myself to follow the step by step how to guide to find the check engine problem. I found the fault and it needed a new part. All though bank street Mitsubishi paid for the part, I got no thanks or anything saying good job, you found an issue we couldn't. The clicking sound never got resolved and is still an issue. Service said they ordered me parts for the clicking noise and they would call me when the parts arrived. (Never got a call). So my last complaint is its now been 2 months since I bought the car and not once has Gorges ever attempted to call me to find out if the issues were resolved OR even asked me how the car is going. My over all experience and take was not good. I'm not happy with the lack of follow up, not happy i'm still driving a car that has ticking in the front, not happy they said they would fix it and never did, not happy no one contacted me about the parts, not happy I had to fix a problem they couldn't fix. I am now using another mechanic and having to use my money to fix something they were suppose to. Too many red flags for me to suggest anyone to shop there.
