I was in for a routine oil change. The technicians noticed a couple of other things that should be looked after. Tamara explained what needed to be done now and what could wait. The work was done and the vehicle was still ready when promised.

20000 km service. Kara explained services required and when vehicle would be ready. As it was noted that additional work was needed Kara explained the what,the why and the when: information that was appreciated.
