The selection of vehicles is amazing and the ease of taking a test drive and no pressure sales made it a pleasant experience. Getting all the facts on vehicle history and the wok done for the safety was appreciated.

So far the experience has been good from the time we stopped in and up to the point of picking up the car. Time will tell if the service continues after the sale of the car so maybe a follow up would be in order. I never give full marks for anything as there is AWAYS room for improvement and that goes for even my own life.

We drove 2 cars and looked at several but our choice was easy. Lots of inventory and they had what we wanted at the price point we wanted. Sales people was easy to talk to as well, very low key,no hard sales pitches. Just a pleasant experience in buying a car.

An entirely different way to buy a car. There is no pressure from a Sales Representative hang over you. You are left to examine and test the product at your leisure.

We bought a car. Staff did not seem to have the time or attention to talk about the vehicles. Perhaps because of the volume of vehicles and customers sales staff cannot know much about the vehicles' traits. Staff were respectful and matter of fact, but sometimes I felt that potential issues were being glossed over--eg. our vehicle was ready for pick up 3 days after the date promised. The lateness was blamed on the weather in Buffalo, which may have been legitimate, but no concern was expressed. We had to spend $150 extra on a rental vehicle than we had expected. All that being said, I like the vehicle I bought and the purchase was an ok experience, and much better than our dealings with a new/used dealer in Brantford.

Everyone I came into contact with at Haldimand was extremely friendly and helpful and the issues I raised with a car I wanted to buy were fixed without any questions asked. I travelled an hour from home to deal with the team here and I would recommend them to anyone.
