I have always had excellent service at the dealership in Lindsay , and have meet the new people also , and always nice to see and talk to Joe Teatro who I bought the truck from and also a very good friend of mine, Randy the mechanic as always worked on my truck and always good to talk to him also, I always get a 6 month inspection done twice a year , thanking all at the Dealership Bob Dick Also new in the service is Andrew Webb I have twice is also very helpful and polite Thanks Again

Staff is always friendly on the phone and when the courrier picks me up and drops me off. The sales people are very helpful but I often struggle with the service department..

work provided was oil changes, tire rotation. semi annual inspections and and warranty repairs. during the process of getting above items completed service advisor arranged transportaion for me as keeping me informed of the progress of work being done

Buying a truck was made easy and straight forward.

We originally came in to look at a used truck and take it for a spin. After talking to Joe and going over some options, we found that the 0% financing on a new truck would be a better deal for us. We did some searching and found a model that we really liked, but unfortunately was not on the lot in Lindsay. Joe got us the truck we were looking for, with the extra options that we wanted (heated seats, etc..) within a couple days. The process was made quick and easy, and Joe's attention to the details helped us every step of the way.

Car shopping landed my father and I in the parkinglot of Lindsay Buick GMC. In less than five minutes Joe Teatro presented himself, introduced himself and kindly asked if we needed assistance. He asked questions but was not invasive and it was a rather friendly, enjoyable interaction. We had several visits with Joe Teatro after our initial interaction and he was helpful, knowledgeable, kind and informative throughout this time. He acknowledged my needs and accommodated me appropriately. Joe offered his time without constraint and made me feel comfortable during the process of choosing my first 'New' car. Our sales agent gave us the options we wanted and found the vehicle we needed and did everything possible to get it to us as quickly as possible. It was obvious from the service buying the new car was important to them and the perks (car washes, oil changes, full tank of gas, cleaning supplies) made the experience even better. This is by far the best vehicle we have ever purchased.

As a new customer, last year, I had some difficulty grasping how you worked & schedulled your appointments. Coming from a smaller community. Now that I am more familiar with your operation I know how to navigate with appointments. Service has always been excellent.
