Good experience with the oil change. Wait was about 1.5 hours. But, since one cannot make an appointment, the wait can be expected.

My experience was good as usual. The service was done professional and in a timely manor. I was pleased to have the shuttle take me to my work place and pick me up again. This makes it much easier to have my car serviced.

I love my vehicle and the service I receive is good at the dealership. I have an issue with all five of my doors rusting on my 2013 Equinox which I understand is an issue with that model and year. They re-sealed my four doors (although I wanted the doors replaced as the doors started rusting less than a year of my buying it brand new) and the service was good but I don't think the issue is going to be resolved. I spent over $40,000 on the vehicle and I am still unhappy with this fact. I understand the issue has been resolved for the 2015 models and can't understand why I can't get new doors on. Once rust is in a vehicle, it can't be "fixed". That much I know for sure. Unless GM resolves the issues of the doors and due to this fact, I can't give a 5 star rating as I would like to. Thank you. Hello Penny, Thank you for your feedback. I understand your concern. Please take comfort in the fact that Murrays have properly repaired the seams in all 4 of your Equinox doors, as well as the tailgate, which as you know is not normally included in this recall. This recall is a preventive measure that both General Motors and Murrays feel will prevent any further issue with this issue. Your vehicle is covered for rust perforation for 6 years or 160,000 kms. I appreciate the free car wash as the last few visits i didnt get one as i didnt know about this service and was told. about it. Its a small treat but vey appreciated. The staff from service to the shuttle team were very respectful and professional and good spirits. :)

We had the bumper replaced and painting done. Everything was done in a timely manner and we were happy with the results.
