Still haven't heard anything

I still have not heard anything regarding my T15 recall or my claim to have the carpet repaired. They changed my mirrors, and badges, however that was only half of the required work. It has been a few weeks without any updates, however I would expect nothing less as Laurentian Chrysler refuses to call me back, even when they say they will.

Good customer service rate 1 star. Had 2500 in debt and was denied sale. Was pretty embraced getting denied sale.

Little bit of a mix up

I had the appointment set up for 8 in the morning. Told the service adviser to call me as mt wife works shift work. Called her at noon saying no part was in and they would have to make another appointment. Then called me and told me the same thing. I waited on hold for almost 10 mins for the adviser to come back saying part was found and it may be done by the end of the day. I understand things happen so I brushed it off. I picked up the truck and now the gauge cluster glass is scratched in two spots right in the center. Must have had the cluster out to put the steering wheel airbag on.

Rear end problem

They did not fix the problem there definitely something wrong in the rear end and obviously they did not test drive it
