Car had to be ready by 4 pm and was forgotten then manager gave attitude and was talking to my daughter and not me

Hello Mr. Kamfoly. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your feedback. My name is Wade and I'm the Marketing Manager here at Murray Hyundai. I apologize for the delay in replying to your comments, but I felt compelled to interview all staff that were part of this recent interaction with you and your daughter. I completely understand that you both were frustrated and felt forgotten about. Unfortunately, due to a scheduling challenge, your daughter's vehicle was not started at the exact time we had anticipated and as a result it was started a little later, but was in the process of being completed at the time you were both here. My understanding is that two loaner vehicle options were offered to your daughter (in case her vehicle wasn't going to be ready for her to get to where she needed to be that day) and my understanding is those offers were refused. Thankfully though, her vehicle was ready to drive in time. With respect to your having been made to feel as though our Service Manager was giving you attitude, I'm sorry you were made to feel this way. There was no disrespect intended I assure you. Our Service Manager was only trying his best to deescalate the heightened emotions that were occurring at this time by focusing his attention on your daughter who was remaining calm during this interaction. We truly hope that we can resolve this to your satisfaction. If you would like to discuss this further with our Service Manager, he would be more than pleased to sit down and chat. Hello Murray Hyundai. I bought Hyundai Elantra SE 2018 few days ago. I didn't have time to write a review right away because I was to busy enjoying riding my new car. I want to thank Katy for helping me with process. She was kind, respectful, energetic, fun and etc... to me and my family that came with me.. She treated my family very very well. She was quick and informative about the car. Next time any of my family member buys car I will refer them to Murray Hyundai and Katy Prost. Thank you Katy.

Came in and got greeted by Katy. She needs improvement on customer service. Learn how to talk to people that are buyers. Just because I am young, doesn't mean I don't have money. In fact, on friday I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Sonic Sedan from a different dealership.
