First of all, I wasn't aware about the vehicle price, They gave me SXT Dodge Charger AWD 2023, on 17th June-without tax 62000 whereas I get to know later that other agencies are selling 53000 without tax. Secondly, Bank didn't approve the loan 2 times, they didn't tell me, and then they put all the wrong information and got approval. Thirdly, I am asking to get my agreement from last month which we signed at the time of purchase, I've been there many times, I am calling them & they are not answering, and not giving me the copy of agreement. Always making an excuse, our system is not working, our finance department is close and all. Really Disappointed👎👎

Messged Dillon on Facebook and went in the same day. Spent 2 hours walking around the lot getting to know eachother and just chatting and trying to find the best truck with all the features I wanted. He really takes the time to make sure you pick the perfect truck, he doesnt rush and doesnt push you into something you dont like. He makes the experiance perfect. Ended up grabbing a 2022 laramie 1500 and the process was awesome. Highly recomend Dillon to anyone looking for a truck. Pleasure working with him and ill refer anyone looking for a truck to WRD. I had been done wrong by my previous dealership and was apprehensive about trying again. To my surprise Spencer was very caring and listened to all my needs and found me the perfect vehicle.
