Winterize package. Early morning appointment. Waited for car on your cosy cafe. Work was done well and in specified time so I could be on my way.

I was 22 celebrating my new career and they took advantage of me here. Ripped off on the purchase price of a new car, ripped off on my trade in. Car has broke down 14 times, to this day they continue to bill me for repairs (car is under warranty) and their only solution to this problem? Was to put me in a newer more expensive car, and offered me 6K for 2013 Malibu..... terrible

We had our oil changed and winter tires put on our vehicle. They all were very polite. And helpful even the person driving me to work and then driving me back to pick up my vehicle.

I had awesome service from Murray’s! My service guy kept in touch with me all day about what my vehicle needed and the status. At first the part I needed wouldn’t be in until the next day but my service guy was able to get it in and I got my vehicle back on the same day. I was very impressed with everyone I came in contact with. The shuttle service was awesome as well! Exceptional service overall!

Dead battery

The battery on my truck died and I had it towed to Murray and I really appreciate how quickly it was serviced. The service is exceptional and I am always kept informed of what needs repaired.
