If honesty, integrity and trust is important to you, then Joseph Sharif is the person to see. We received nothing but the best service from him and Melissa during the entire process. We were given ALL the information we needed to know from sales to financing , everything was printed in black and white. Joseph even went as far as getting us into a large loaner vehicle to use for our son’s birthday weekend, while we waited for our van to be ready for pickup. If that isn’t great service then I don’t know what is! We highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle with Team Foui. You’ll be glad you did, I know we are!

114-115 1/5 Star Reviews and a 4.3-4.4.. How? My experience with this dealership was awful. They lie right to your face with a smile and when you call them out on it they just continue to smile. Zero remorse, zero respect. I don't think I could find an honest person in the place. We purchased a lightly used truck that was parked in the front row "ready to go". Having test drove a bunch I just assumed it would be the same experience being a Honda Certified Used vehicle/local lease return. It pulled to the right really bad, picture included. They gave me another vehicle off the front row to drive while it was repaired, a newer Ram 1500, fully loaded. The vehicle had a massive vibration; my wife asked if the vibrating seat was a feature LMFAO I was going to give service a pass but they too can't seem to get it right. Awfully nice of you to wash my vehicle for me.. except it's minus 20 and you didn't apply any lock deicer to anything and just parked it outside 👍 Not to mention other issues like work not completed or at times completed improperly. They have absolutely zero respect for your time or money beyond the sale. I can certainly understand why you haven't won a Honda Customer Experience award since 2018. Time to get some people in there that care and want to do a good job. If this was the last Honda dealership in my town I would drive to another province before I ever buy a vehicle from this place. I suggest you take your money elsewhere.

Incomplete service

Disappointed with the service and no call back after calling twice to comment and question the work. I noticed on my way home the old oil change sticker was still on the windshield then looked at the maintenance minder and saw that it wasn't reset after the oil change. When I arrived home opened the hood to look for evidence that the oil had been changed but to my surprise the radiator overflow was left disconnected from the expansion tank so any additional fluid that was added ended up on my garage floor when I re-installed it. Not impressed! It did appear that the oil was changed after all based on the oil drips and look of the oil definitely a rush job though. Other minor details masking tape was left wrapped around the brake lines after the recall work was done.
