Salesperson Ed Mallory was referred to me buy an a acquaintance. Buying a new vehicle at this dealership was my best experience so far. I have bought three vehicles in the past,and found this buying experience great. Ed's knowledgeable and friendly manner was welcoming, he was very open with the numbers, incentives, etc. The dealership tour and introductions to the various staff was great, not done at other dealerships. I would highly recommend Ed Mallory, and this dealership to anyone. They make you feel like family.

Purchase of new car

My husband and I just purchased a new car from Joe. We have had the wonderful experience of dealing with Joe in the past and this time once again he went above and beyond all expectations. We found my husbands dream car, a Camaro SS, in British Columbia and Joe looked after bringing our dream home. We know this was not an easy task for him but he made it seem like it was a walk in the park. We can not come close to thanking him enough for everything he did for us. Joe is an amazing person, the best sales associate we have ever had the pleasure to deal with, and a true friend. I hope Lindsay Buick GMC knows what a diamond they have working for them. Ed Mallory took the time to explain all the functions of the vehicle both when I test drove it and when I picked up my car after purchasing. He also advised me that if I had any questions not to hesitate calling him. If I needed him to set up anything on the vehicle in future, he would be available to do so. I have never in the past had a sales person take the time to explain things so thoroughly to me. A nice surprise was also a full tank of gas! Thank you, Ed for all your help and kind attention. It was much appreciated. I would certainly direct anyone to Lindsay GM when in the market for a new vehicle, and to Ed Mallory specifically.

Luke Avery the Service Advisor looked after the problem I had with my car and advised me of another problem which was repaired after I gave the go ahead to have it repaired. Luke answered my every question and made sure that I was satisfied with everything that was done.
