RE: HENLEY HONDA SERVICE DEPARTMENT. My Name Ramesh Thambi, I just want to write my first hand experience with the Service department (Henley Honda). First off NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. I bought this car from this dealer (Henley Honda) in 2005, from the old location (I had a great sales experience at that time), Since then I never had to visit this new location, my wife has been doing all service maintenance with our Honda Civic, we had many issues and we spent almost $5k on expense that’s usual for any kind of vehicle. Last week, I called for an airbag RECALL and booked an appointment, I brought in my car. I met with the Gentlemen name Berry, not sure his last name. I also asked him to look into the clunking noise, and he called me back said, there are few parts needed it will cost me $621 + 10% discount, + TAX, I approved it. Now when I went to pick up my car. The service cashier agent showed me a bill of $912 + TAX. Then I called Berry asked what happened here, he said oh they must have made a mistake let me fix that for you, & he came back with $712, I politely told him we agreed to $621 on the phone, he kept denied and he has it written down and he made me feel like an idiot, I end of paid $712 + TAX and left. At that time AIRBAG from the passenger side is the only one got replaced and Driver side they only inspected even though it’s a recall for both airbags. During that time they also scanned the engine light code and they estimated me $600 to replace the (canister dent kit). Few days ago I called Hamburg Honda, spoke to a gentleman name John Rodney at service, and from the begin to end John was updating me the problem and I personally have worked many corporate head offices in Ottawa/Toronto/New York and I know what customer service & business goals/integrity was, where John gave me that confident, HE even called me yesterday followed up with me on the repair. Believe it or not I only paid $380 for that $600 estimate made by Berry (Henley Honda). If I were you please get the estimate done with an at least 1 or 2 different dealers for the same repair and you will see the difference. (GOODLUCK).

I know this is a late entry to give my review, better late than never. I just would like to give Henley Honda and all their staff a huge thank you for all you do and for helping me get a car that I can proudly call my own and I'm glad to be driving on the road. Thanks especially to Erin and Sean for all their help in answering all my questions (including my families, particularly my dad and brother) and for meeting all our expectations. I will miss my 2013 Honda Civic Touring which was our first purchase with Henley Honda (a special thanks to Tom for everything you've done), it has served me and my family well and I know that my new 2016 CRV will do just the same, because if the staff at Henley Honda can give you a great deal and take good care of you, the least you can do for them is to ensure that you take good care of the vehicle they gave you. So to the next owner of my civic, be blessed with it and take good care of it. Henley Honda thank you and my family and I really appreciate all the things you have done and beyond for us.

My wife and I just bought a Fit EX from Boris and couldn't be happier with the way we were treated by him and everyone else. Boris is incredibly smart when it comes to Honda product knowledge. He knew our concerns and addressed them immediately. I'll never buy anything but Honda from now on. Cheers.
