I was asked to do a review, after completing one a few days later my review was taking down and the response was Marilyn was in contact with me to rectify the situation which is not true. Very discouraged from Palladino Honda and I express my disappointment with everyone I know.

I responded to the special three day 2019 Civic Overstock event held at the end of July and I am very happy with the deal and the incentives I was able to obtain. Special thanks to Marc Chaumont who helped me find my next Civic and ensured I obtained good value for my 2015 Civic SI (which has been the best car I've ever owned). He is truly an asset to the Palladino Sales Team. It is easy to be loyal to Palladino Honda because I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. I needed a quick appointment to fix a noise coming from my front brakes. I was in within a day. The issue was corrected in a couple of hours and I was on my way ahead of schedule.

Every time I have been to Palladino Honda I have either been ignored or forced services upon. The latest experience they ruined my wiper blades in hope that I would pay for replacements. So discouraged and tell everyone I know not to go there.
