I had arranged to drop off my Trax, to have recall work done. Since I’m heading out of town for the weekend, I was advised to show up at service, grab an envelope and leave my keys at service. Upon arriving in the morning, I was told by a person in service that the drop box had been checked and pull the vehicle into the service bay line up. I had a family member waiting to drive me and explained I was on a tight timeline for leaving town. The services person’s attitude really left me wondering why I had spent almost $80,000 (cdn) in 2015 purchasing two vehicle’s at this dealership. The service person made no effort to understand my situation, no effort was made to make this a positive customer experience and it appeared the service persons/departments convenience was the priority. This interaction at the “Nurse Service Department” lasted less than 2 minutes, which is all the time it took for this Service department to lose me as customer. In addition to losing service, why would I ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership?

We never received our free car wash as your materials were not working Other wise the service was very good. We returned a week later and it had such a long line up for car washes that we could not wait that amount of time.

The staff was efficient, and they did a complete cleaning of my car along with the regular maintenance, and because it was under the special September offer, I walked out free of any cost. I couldn't believe it! Things like this keep me coming back!

Found Tire price to be the best value as alignment check was no chg. Alignment was needed. Another place wanted half your cost just to check alignment. Your price the Goodyear tires also a bit less. This work was done on my Dodge van. My wifes car was in a few days later for the back to school service. I was very satisfied with service as well.

Treated fairly over failed transmission issue once discussed with GM Customer Hotline. I was kept well informed regarding car status & car was ready when promised.

My gear shift indicator had been stuck in one spot for a couple of years but only just identified by GM as being an issue. I got used to counting gears to change & most times I was correct!! I was told it would be a 1/2 day appointment & when I went in found it would be much quicker. It was only an hour or so, I had a coffee & read a book & I was very comfortable. All is now resolved & I will see you again shortly to change to my winter tires. thanks

Great customer services. Only thing that could be improved is that the carpets were still wet after being shampooed...perhaps a little more drying time??

oil change - regardless of whether my contract 3 years ago said this or not...and given that I have been late numerous times for an oil change with no penalty. Imagine my frustration to arrive 200km over the 80,000 and be told I now have to pay for my last oil change. I don't want to hear you hide behind the "cadillac billing rules" or it's in the service agreement. Regardless, I was on the road for work and could not get their sooner. So I get penalized over 200km. The result...you have lost a customer for life. A customer for service and maintenance and for my next vehicle in a year. Over $80! It's the principle of it for me.
