Friendly staff. Working with Christine was the best experience I’ve had when purchasing a new vehicle ever as well as recent social experience in general. My vehicle purchase was still during the Covid-19 lockdown when it felt like everyone’s afraid of everyone else. With Christine, I felt valued like a human being, not as some feared virus-bomb. Social distancing was still adhered to, of course, but the interaction wasn’t overly stilted and paranoid. Finance and others who assisted the purchase were superb. Happy genuine staff all ‘round. Never got a chance to bang the big gong though (maybe when I go for the PM) but it’s quite the piece that stands out next to the waiting area which adds to the excitement that White Rock Dodge delivers on. Bravo guys, bravo!

I have to say,that Mike Van Horn offered the most enjoyable customer service and genuine buying experience one could hope for. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years and this experience was fun,thorough as we test drove a few vehicles before the decision was made and never was pressured to make a decision.He was always honest and patient throughout the duration of my exceedingly problematic customer demands.....and thank you aswell Cody!!Cheers all,thank you!

Stefan V was super helpful in assisting us find a new RAM 1500. Despite what seems like an abundance of inventory, Stefan relentlessly helped us search far and wide across various dealers in BC for the truck that met our rather “specific” requirements. Stefan made excellent use of videos to preclude rounds and rounds of visits. Moe was also supportive and helped us make our budget work. Thanks guys for the quick turn around and the responsiveness!
