Derek, the advisor , did not consult with me when it was discovered that bluetooth and GPS issues where not resolved and went ahead installing the unit. He still wanted to charge me 1600$. I asked to talked to a Manager. Cameron, the assistant manager, came and discussed the issues. I believe he is doing his best to fix the problems. It is still a work in progress and i did not have to pay the amount . They offered to valet my car for the next appointment since I'm 40km away. There was a young lady in customer service who was very kind to me. Unfortunately I don't know her name. Keeping my fingers crossed for the next appointment . I would like to mentioned that I always had excellent service from them for the last 8 years.

oil change good as was the tech Cannot say the same for transmission shudder started at 181,000km Toyota gets a big fat ZERO I will never purchase a Toyota product again .
