Had ordered a used lens and appointment was made. On day if appointment my service advisor Amanda noticed a problem with the lens. She arranged for a new one from parts got the ok to get the price reduced! That saved me the hassle of rebooking and also paying the very inflated price of a new one. Great service or what! Love it.

My husband took the vehicle in for an oil change. He only had and has complements for the experience and service. The last time I took it in and also had an exceptional experience. This is what sets Murray Chev apart from other dealerships.

Took my car keys and allowed me to go into reception while I waited for the oil change. Always pleasant and courteous because there is normally a wait time because it is very busy there.

I had to make several trips just to get diagnosed, anytime I would call the service advisor would either not answer or would say that she would call me back. She never would actually call me back. Took me a week at one point to just confirm that that they had the part. As in I was told Friday they would call Monday telling me, not call Monday so I call, no answer. Tuesday, I call and get told that she would call me back in two hours tops. No call.

The purchase was ok...just disappointed after learning acquaintences of ours purchased the same vehicle at a different dealership and got the floor mats and cargo net "thrown" in...we got our vehicle washed after purchasing and paying install for the molded mudflaps

Keith Place was the sales rep from Dan Murray Chevrolet. Keith was very informative and a pleasure to work with. Jim Chewka was the General Sales Manager. What is expected to be quick takes close to two hours. When I call to make an appointment I get told to drive up if it is just an oil change. Frustrating.

Simple service , oil change , change over tires , wheel alignment, and possible finish problem. Service was a reservation for 9:30 am . Could not do the wheel alignment ( likely got bumped out but no reason given ) could not have the finish problem addressed, reason given no one available. Did not get the car back until late in afternoon ( 4:00pm ) .What work was done was completed properly. One would have thought with a reserved time things would have been completed in a timely fashion. Hate to be a whinner but that was the situation.
