This is Patricia Livingstone. I am very happy with the welcome and the service I have received from the people at Race. They were knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel very important. I have already told all my family and friends about the good experience. I would go back at any time.

I'd pretty much given up on the idea of getting a new vehicle. Race (Dave) came out of nowhere, helped me out, and got me approved for a very dependable vehicle that I actually WANTED, and didn't have to merely settle for. Very personable, helpful, understanding and he sat in his office with us for a good 3 hours, to make sure everything was exactly right. I can't thank Dave and Race Auto Group enough, and would highly recommend Race Auto to anybody in search of a new vehicle. Particularly somebody whose credit history wasn't perfect. Cheers! You guys a life savers.

Dave and Courtney were great to deal with, polite and caring with what need to be done with a smile. My only thing would be is for you guys to have a full list of what's need from the creditors, even if it doesn't seem important to have at the time but may need it also just to have every angle covered right from when you walk through the doors. As a customer it's very frustrating to play phone tag and having to make a different phone call every couple hours over a couple days. Hope this helps, but I enjoyed my service thank you.

This is the 2nd van I have bought from Race Auto Group. Both experiences were wonderful. I dealt mainly with Erin and she paided attention to what my needs were and went above and beyond both times. I have already recommended that friends and family should check Race Auto Group out on thier next vehicle purchase.

Won't be going to Race auto again

This is a review about my experience in general with the company! I saw a car - I liked it - I bought the car! The issue started when it came to the point of customer service after the sale. I had extremely bad experience with the service department. They tired to charge me for a repair which took place in the first 30 days of my purchase. I had to fight for it and finally got some money back. They put winter tires on for me and the balancing n alignment was bad I had to get it done again else where. Despite of all this I went back to talk about trading my car they offered 6500 hundred for the car they sold to me for 11999 11 months back. Where it was a BMW 525i and I put 12k on it. What kinda dealership would do that!??? Anyways I ended up getting 9k for it at greatbuy Auto and he is the best dealer I ever met. No more business to Raceauto group from me, my family or friends

I'd just like to send a short email to commend your staff on the top notch customer service my wife and I have recieved while purchasing our 2015 Town and Country. We've used a couple different dealerships over the years and only once have we received the type of customer service we have from your staff and that gentleman Winston F.has since passed. Winston was all about the customer from the minute you met him, that is rare these days. Unfortunately since we've gotten used to being treated as a number...not so in this case...communication has been A1, friendly,polite but most importantly we were treated like people by Dawn and Erin. I commend you on having such great staff and we sincerely thank you and them!
