They might be really good with selling the car but their customer service sucks. Made a deposit with them, we didn't get the deal so they made us wait for more than 2 weeks to get the deposit back.

They guys are so unprofessional when it comes to giving customer service. I tried contacting their finance manager not available, i tried talking to sales manager he is not in , i asked to whom i should talk regarding my purchase they don't have a answer. And when i visit sales manager is not showing any interest, like what's going on in here. Pathetic customer service. Amazed to see that

I have just had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at Winnipeg Honda. Alana Verhaeghe was my sales rep. Alana listened to what I was looking for and she found the right vehicle for my needs and budget. She was very knowledgeable, patient, not pushy and answered all my questions. Her followup was top notch. Once we found the right vehicle Darrell Weselake the Sales Manager was extremely helpful in arranging the financial details to fit my budget. I definitely world recommend Winnipeg Honda, Alana and Darrell for your next vehicle purchase.

This dealership sadly didn't leave me a with a positive feeling. Their way of treatment is quite mechanical and fake. There is no truth that every customer who walks through the door is treated like a family. I purchased a 2019 honda civic and paid $33545 and asked for a trank tray and they dismissed me. I had to negotiate and really convince them to give me the winter rubber mats. They didn't want to include it. I felt horrible after signing the contract. Rahul the sales guy simply just wanted to get the deal done. I wasn't aware at first and I thought the sale price was fixed but when they brought the paper they had a tire, rim and key warranty thing and it was $700 and I couldn't decline because it was built in in the price according to them. They do this cheap trick of asking you to take a picture beside the car and I can never do that. I will never allow myself to become a tool for advertisement. I can't understand why some folks agree to do that. They wouldn't give you a gift card for doing that. I will never go back to this place and would probably try Jim Pattison or Birchwood. I sold the car today and made the decision to leave this review. Dealerships are absolutely not a place to belong at all. I never felt they treated me with respect.
