Kyla took very good care of my wife and I as we looked at our options to buy or lease a 2015 Cruze.

We were shown a 2015 Cruze by Gary Dalby and took it for a test drive. Then he and Kyla took us through the options of trading our 2013 Cruze and leasing a 2015 model with a few more options. The remote start and back up camera were important to me and the in-car trunk release was important to my wife.

Great Dealership, I have bought many new cars here and the service and attention to detail is great. Boying a new vehicle see Don Andrews, great guy and will not feed you a line. Bought my last car off him last week and my first one in 1985. I will keep buying off him until he retires. Check our Roy Nichols, I have never been had a problem.

This place has the worst customer service EVER!... after all the problems when we purchased out 2012 Chevy Orlando 2 years ago, from them forgetting to call us to tell us when we could pick up the car, to not informing us that the DVD players weren't in, to totally forgetting to give us teh ownership. Paying for the fabric protection, then finding out they knew that it wasn't done properly, and had to redo it, then call and tell me that they had ordered in a new seat cover, but never called back to say it was in. To then under pricing me for the value of my car now, even when I did my own research, and only overing me below the lowest black book value... I think GM needs to look into all their dealerships and how the whole process is done from start to finish...
