I want to say I am completely happy with my new vehicle and the customer service I received from Race Auto Group. I am a returning customer. 1st time around was over 4 years ago when no one else wanted to talk to me Race had no issues in fact they worked hard and got me something that I loved and it fit into my budget. This time was not because I did not still love my car but needed something better for our NS winters and I have to say from the moment I started this process with them once again until I picked up my new SUV I am a very Happy customer and I always tell my friends about my experience.. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK RACE :) you make people feel like they are worth your time and it does not go unrecognized!!! Thank you :)

I felt alittle pressurewd and rushed to make a decision but otherwise, well taken care of.

I bought a car. I had an SUV to trade in. I was given no grief or issues when doing this and staff seemed eager to help me out. I stated my requirments, and they worked quickly to give me what I asked for. My only issues were that I purchased the vehicle right befrore the snow began to fall and snow tires were denied, as were new mats for the vehicle. I was also given grief about applying new brakes to my vehicle. These issues caused me some grief and the new wintertires actually caused me alot of extra expense. I was not impressed. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.

Bought a car from race auto and had it service there for years, and was very happy. When a new service adviser came in, she did not check/do what I specifically requested, and this lead to work being done unnessarily and of course I was not paying for their mistake. The issue was with service previously done by race auto and was under warranty, and is why under another mechanics advise...take it to them to fix. I tried to bring this to the owners attention and they did not allow me to explain the issue, and blamed me in full and threatened to sue me for work done that should never have been done if the service advisor actually listened to me. I know I could have won this case if gone to court as I have the documentation, but I decided to just move on. They started out great, but then failed miserably. When service advisor Jay/Jason worked in the service dept, I never had an issue. After reading reviews on here, a lot of people mostly have issues with the service dept, no surprise there.

Not like it was years ago.

No service after sale. Buying was easy. Had issue with sale. Two weeks no response after calling and emails to person who sold me the car Talked to manger. Took two weeks for manager to answer. Then told that she wasn't helping me. Poor service.
