Purchase of Ford Edge

First time customer and I was very impressed with how easy and simple the purchase process was from the test drives to the purchase contract to the delivery. Never felt comfortable buying a car from a new car dealer with all the negotiations and add on charges but Haldimand motors eliminated all of this and made things simple and easy

I had done my shopping around ahead of time before coming in to Haldimand Motors and came with a list of vehicles I wanted to test drive. I was able to walk into the office and without any pestering I was handed keys to whichever vehicle I wanted. When I found the vehicle I wanted to purchase, there were some aftermarket parts on the vehicle I didn't want - these were removed at no extra cost and replaced with OEM parts. When I came to pickup the vehicle it was thoroughly detailed and had a full tank of gas. I was provided a bill of sale and they mounted my plates for me and within a week my new Motor Vehicle Permit arrived in the mail. Very happy with my experience here and would recommend to anyone.

Brent helped us for two days deciding on a couple cars- he was helpful, understanding and we never felt any pressure. I would 10000% go back and plan on buying all of my future cars there.

I like the way they run. They don't budge on price. But they have fair prices. And while you may get a cheaper deal somewhere else, you may get a lemon. These guys actually fix stuff. I'd rather buy this way. Reputation means alot. Sister bought a car, they agreed to fix everything on the list after I took it to my own mechanic.
