KAS Ghadban - was amazing to deal with. It has been a long time since I have gone through the process of buying a vehicle and the whole process exceeded my expectations. Kas was very professional and made sure at every point the vehicle meet my needs. The whole experience was exceptional and KAS's attention to detail and care for his client was the reason for that. Great service. Knowledgeable staff. Kas made buying my new car fun! I love my new Kona EV. I feel so comfortable in the drivers seat. Lots of storage room when you put the back seats down. Peppy and fun to drive.

Waited 24 hours for a call back to book a service appointment. Was told that i would receive a call back 4 times, left 5 messages, through out the day and nothing. Was told by The lady at the counter that they don't book in house anymore they redirect to Nova Scotia to book for appointments. Called Summerside Hyundai and bang just like that straight to the service department and have an appointment booked within 5 minutes of a phone call. Poor customer service from Charlottetown Hyundai.

Kas was my salesperson and he was SO kind and helpful with everything. As someone who’s trans, I’m always terrified to do anything that needs my legal name, but Kas and Andrew were both so kind and open with me, it was as if that name didn’t exist to them. This means the world to me, on top of the great experience I had buying my new vehicle.
