Good customer service, good job, good attention, patience, good car, nice design, a little bit that needs to prove is the waiting area for customers waiting for the sales associate to attend you. There should be a waiting area.

Paid over $800 for front brakes and rotor replacement; within 10 months was asked to do the same replacement. This time I was ONLY charged for labour close to $700. Honda boasts of llifetime warranty in brakes. Somehow, they manage to squeeze our hard earned money.

The technician did not install back the bolts under the lower skid plate after the oil change. We had to purchase the bolts from Downtown Toronto Hondo and screw them back ourselves.

Waiting for parts more than 2 months

Someone has ordered parts for my honda civic door sensor, i have been told it will come within a week and someone will call me ,its been more than 2 months .. i have called there twice been there 2 times but its still not here. And am still waiting.. this problem started after 1 month of my purchase and till then i have been to roadsport honda 5-6 times but the problem is still there..

Broken AC for the second time.

I live about 40minutes to an hour away from Roadsport depending on the traffic. My 2016 Honda Civic's air conditioning broke for the second time after having a 'leak' fixed a month earlier. This time around I was told parts needed to be ordered. It has since been over three weeks with no AC and this is unacceptable as the heat has been extremely high during this time. For something that is under warranty and with the service agent acknowledging a known AC issue with this year's model, this is extremely frustrating. I am still waiting to hear back...
