The best experience buying a vehicle possible. Joel and Ben were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They made the process so easy. I will be going back to Marshall Motors for my next vehicle.

Worst worst and even worst

We have been there for inquiry about white Santa fe xl . They told us that its in body shop . They told us that they will do follow up within week . No calls . I called them after ten 10 day and Deanna told me that its still in body shop. After couple of days . She texted me that its sold out . I asked her how that possible . Caf is still in body shop and I have inquired almost 3 week ago. She told me somebody bought without looking .. wow . I was surprised people are spending 20k without looking at car . . More surprised when I checked their website and car is still available to buy on website . No communication No professional service They should have called me before selling to other party Car should not be on website if it sold out . Disappointed. Never buying car from Marshall

No pressure to buy anything like other car places, very friendly staff no one was pushy or rude, they were easy to talk to and ask questions (which they had answers to). Very respectful and helpful I got some great advice from there! I ended up choosing a private sale as there wasn’t anything in my price range at the time but they still bought my trade in which was honestly amazing of them!
