Mike (mechanic) did a great job to fix the problem with my jeep, my wife did not enjoy the shuttle service as she was late for work.

I had an appt for my cars engine to be looked at in May 5th at 8:00am, and it had not been looked at until 2:00pm, and I was promised that it would be done by 3pm when I was done work.. I had called back at least 3 separate times to inquire about my vehicle, and finally at 4:30 they finished the recall for my car, but quickly diagnosed the ticking sound, and they said to come get it... The ticking noise I wanted to be looked at was diagnosed by the mechanic as something little that is "good for now" as he has the same vehicle and his makes the same noise... I do not want a noise to get used to, I would prefer that it would of been fixed, before something terrible happens to my motor, and especially since I'm planning on travelling in the next few weeks.. I have Tri -Care warranty as well, then I spoke to said they could order the parts but since the mechanic said that they did not!! I believe they just rushed the diagnosis as it was 5:00pm on a Friday and they just wanted to go home, and told me they would leave my keys in my gas tank door if I did not make it there by 5:00... I am not impressed nor satisfied with this experience at all!

The company called me to have jeep brought back in. They gave me a loaner to use while they sorted it out. My mechanic took me for a test drive to assure the noise was real and worked miracles to find and fix it. Thanks laurentian.

I got my air conditioner fix, my service advisor was awesome, friendly and arrange for someone to give me a ride to work cause the shuttle was already gone and I couldn't wait. They are akways so pleasant and friendly. Very good experience!!

I appreciate that the young gentleman was kind and helpful in taking care of me in having the tires changed from winter to summer. The waiting room was clean with a newspaper to read.

I had a window issue with my new 2017 Dodge Ram. My window came off its clippings on Saturday April 22nd, a busy time of the day too around 1pm. I was obviously furious to ruin my Saturday having to deal with this and having a brand new 2017 truck it broke down already. Steph Lang immediately helped me out once I arrived. She was running around doing 500 things and still made time for me. Clearly she knows the importance of a satisfied customer, respect of someone's lifestyle, and always had a smile on her face. She turned my mode upside down and I can honestly say I was very impressed with not only her but everyone I've dealt with at Laurentian Chrysler. Great service and thank you for speeding up the process of my truck. Brian McGarry.
